My wife & I had requested an early check-in for 2:00 pm; however, we arrived about 15 minutes early but we were warmly greeted by Sojai at the front desk. He was most helpful; checking in advance if our room was ready & helping us to locate the room we were staying. Throughout that day & evening Sojai continued to give us advice about places to see & places we might find good food. We stayed in a King Room and it was very clean & had plenty of space for the things we brought. Breakfast turned out better than some of the previous reviews I had read. Everything was fresh & it appeared that there was more than enough to go around. The night front desk clerk made sure that everything was refilled & ready to eat or drink. The location was perfect; just a mile or so away from the Inn. In all, we had a great time at our event and enjoyed the stay at the Inn. Thank you staff for a job well done!

EVERYTHING!! From check in to check out. The room was everything shown in pics and descriptions. Staff was super friendly.. Amenities were most awesome Yolanda was the front desk person who couldn't have been kinder. We stayed here in 2020 and it was ok. But now its amazing.. There is a pool, whirlpool awesome continental breakfast and Branns steakhouse is literally right across the parking lot. There is chargers available for electric cars and all in all the facility is clean and superb. Keep up the good work.. see you guys in a month

The pool and the hot tub were very good. The breakfast was basic but I wasn't expecting anything else. The hotel was easy to find and parking was not an issue. The room was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. There was a little coffee maker and a full sized fridge that we made good use of. There are some fast food places nearby and it is only a five minute drive to a large Walmart.

Excellent value for the price! Spacious room, micro, fridge, coffeemaker, tub/shower, comfortable bed. Continental breakfast. Quiet. Pleasant staff. Definitely will stay there again if I need to be in Grand Rapids. I discovered I had forgotten something after I reached my conference the next morning, so I called and they had it at the front desk for me to pick up later that day.
